For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our office hours are limited and will expand as soon as we can.
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We are currently in network with Delta, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian and AlwaysCare. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, any major credit card or Care Credit. Payments and co-payments are due in full at the time of procedure.
Dr. Connors is proud to offer military appreciation reduced fees. As a veteran himself, he understands how many sacrifices Sailors, Soldiers, Airman, Marines and their families make. Dr. Connors offers 10% fee reduction for out-of-network or a 5% fee reduction for in-network current or former service members. This discount can not be combined with care credit.
Care Credit and GreenSky
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 business hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee of $200 may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment or cancels without sufficient notice.
